There is a lot of information which is quite hard to find out in Priddy.
These pages are designed to give access to that information more easily.

Lodge Roger and Jackie, 01749 672275 Popular caving pub. Real ales straight from the cask and good inexpensive food. |
| The New Inn, The Green Max, Rose, Steve and Dez, 01749 676465 A traditional country pub, serving great wholesome food and wonderful beers and wines. This Free House prides itself in offering locally sourced meats and vegetables for its current season “Reaper Harvest Menu”, featuring cooked to order meals by our chef Dean. In the days of concern over “food miles”, The New Inn measures its menu ingredient journeys in yards, with wonderful beef, hams and specially formulated sausages from a few yards up the road at Townsend Farm. Chicken and free range eggs come from Church Farm at Cleeve. In addition to our main menu, a delicious choice of specials are available that change throughout the day, at lunch time, early evening for families and again for the later diner. During weekends, we have introduced “The New Inn Saturday Night Curry” served from the carvery, and Sunday features an all day Sunday Roast Carvery. The range of beers and ciders offered are also local supply and include RCH from Weston-Super-Mare, Bath Ales from Bristol, Wadworths from Devizes and – “the new boys on the block” – Cheddar Ales from Cheddar. Our great ciders are from Stowford, Thatchers and Wilkins. Bed and Breakfast accommodation, with TV and tea/coffee making facilities, is available with two en suite rooms and four further rooms with private bathrooms. Families are welcome throughout the pub with a “rumpus room” for the children to let of a bit of steam if they like, featuring scatter cushions, table football, books and games. The New Inn features friendly bars and open log fire, airy conservatory overlooking the large beer garden and, for those who enjoy a bit of exercise at the pub, we have a skittle alley and shove ha’penny board! Every Wednesday night there is live music, featuring a range of music with singalong folk, contemporary and classic songs accompanied by piano, guitar or flute! |
